Alyson’s training with Lolita San Miguel shines throughout her method of Rollology. It’s been a joy to watch my clients progress. Not only are my clients stronger, but they overall feel better! They love the Rollology roller to take to class, and to safely practice their homework anywhere on the go!

Deeper Connection

Rollology is a great addition to my regular Pilates instruction. Using the letters on the Rollology roller allows me to be confident that my clients (virtual and in person) are using proper form and placement for each exercise. The clients love the letter cues and they are able to transition quickly between exercises. Additionally, the Rollology rollers provide them with great feedback so they find a deeper connection to their core for each movement.

Sciatica Improvement

Its a pleasure to teach the Rollology program to my clients as I’ve seen it help them achieve more healthful posture, lessen or eliminate back and neck pain, decrease pain from sciatica and improve their overall appearance and physical functioning. As an instructor it’s a great class to have in your repertoire of offerings. I love giving clients something unique, predictable and accessible. Clients filled up these weekly classes quickly and often did back to back classes of Rollology and reformer as one complimented the other harmoniously.
