Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your enrollment in the Rollology Online Certification Training, please note that there will be no refunds provided.
2. Make-up Training: In the event that you are unable to complete the training, you will have the option to make it up by a specified date. If you miss the training by March 2024, you can pay an additional fee of $500 to extend your opportunity to retake the training until July 1, 2024.
3. Deadline for Make-up Training: If you choose to retake the training, you must complete it by July 1, 2024. After this date, the opportunity for make-up training will no longer be available.
Please note that this cancellation and refund policy is specific to the Rollology Online Certification Training. For any other courses or programs, separate policies may apply.
