Each day, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in iBody Changing Rollology and Pilates classes, tailored to your fitness level and goals. Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, Posture, and feel amazing as you embrace the transformative power of these practices.

Enhance your wellness journey with our unique Foot  Toe and Vino Workshop. Discover the importance of foot health and indulge in a sensory experience. Our feet are our Foundation and we need to keep them fit and strong!
In the evenings we will be doing a 5-10 minute Sunset Rollology routine by the pool so you will have a deep comfortable sleep listening to the waves of the beautiful Abacoa Sea!

But it’s not just about the workouts! Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Bahamas with a memorable boat excursion through the enchanting islands. Experience the magic of the full moon and witness breathtaking sunsets that will leave you in awe.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation: Cancellations for the Bahamas Pilates and Rollology Retreat will be accepted until October 1, 2023. However, please note that a processing fee of $500 will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Refunds: After October 1, 2023, no refunds will be provided for cancellations of the retreat.

3. Replacement: If you are unable to attend the retreat, you have the option to send a replacement in your place. Please note that this is subject to approval and must be communicated to us in advance.

4. Passport and Flights: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport for travel. Flights to Marsh Harbor Abacos are not included in the retreat package. Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from Marsh Harbor Abacos.

Please note that this cancellation and refund policy is specific to the Bahamas Pilates and Rollology Retreat. Separate policies may apply to other retreats or events.
